What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Standard shipping for smaller decor items typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At The Northern Line, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our wooden pieces are FSC-certified, and we partner with artisans who utilize eco-friendly production methods whenever possible.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
