At The Northern Line, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
